Le tribunal de Vienne a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 que le glyphosate ne pouvait pas \u00eatre tenu responsable des malformations cong\u00e9nitales de Th\u00e9o Grataloup, dont la m\u00e8re avait utilis\u00e9 l’herbicide sans savoir qu’elle \u00e9tait enceinte.
C’est une immense d\u00e9ception pour la famille Grataloup. Le tribunal de Vienne, en Is\u00e8re, a rendu son jugement jeudi 31\u00a0juillet dans l’affaire qui oppose la famille et le g\u00e9ant de la chimie Bayer-Monsanto.
