Paris va presque doubler la taxe sur les appartements vides en 2027. Pour tenter de r\u00e9soudre la crise du logement, le nouveau maire de la capitale, Emmanuel Gr\u00e9goire, a annonc\u00e9 lors d’une conf\u00e9rence de presse le 9\u00a0avril cette mesure symbolique.
