Ce projet, port\u00e9 par le groupe canadien Vermilion, concernait la concession de Cazaux, un territoire de 55\u00a0km\u00b2 dans le bassin d’Arcachon o\u00f9 plus de 90\u00a0puits ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 for\u00e9s depuis 1959.
